General policies

  • All products are made in the U.S.A.
  • Products made of leather may be of slightly different shade than seen on the website due to the nature of animal skin and dying process.
  • Products made of leather may exhibit some imperfections and marks due to the nature of animal skin.
  • All items are made to order, although some inventory may be available.
  • All orders are made and shipped prepaid.
  • Customers can be notified via e-mail when orders are shipped per request.
  • All products are usually shipped within five days. We will keep you informed if your shipment will be delayed.
  • All returns and claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise with freight prepaid.
  • All returns should be accompanied with Return Authorization Number issued by magmile@magmilebrand.com.
  • All freight claims should be made directly with the carrier.
  • All back orders will be shipped unless otherwise canceled in writing via e-mail.
  • Returned merchandise may be subject to 10% restocking charge unless we ship defected or wrong items.
  • All products are under manufacturer's warranty of 1 year on parts and labor.
  • Normal wear and tear of products is excluded from warranty coverage.
  • No warranties, expressed or implied, shall be made by us in connection with the purchase of any products, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
  • Customers assume all risks and liabilities for results obtained in using the products purchased from www.magmilebrand.com.
  • Export programs are available upon request at magmile@magmilebrand.com.
  • Wholesale programs are available upon request at magmile@magmilebrand.com.

Return policy

  • All returns and claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise with freight prepaid.
  • All returns must be accompanied with Return Authorization Number issued by magmile@magmilebrand.com.
  • Returns may be subject to 10% restocking fee.
  • Damaged merchandise shall not be accepted for returns and credits.
  • Credits are issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.
